We understand that plans can change. You can cancel a shipping order at any time before a carrier is assigned to your shipment. There is no cancellation fee for pre-assigned orders.

• Cancellations before assignment: Free of charge.
• Cancellations after assignment: A $150 cancellation fee will apply, as our services have been rendered in securing a carrier for your shipment.

How to Cancel: We require cancellations to be submitted in writing via email sent to admin@dqtransllc.com (We do not accept cancellations by phone).

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
