Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel a shipping order at any time before a carrier is assigned to your shipment. There is no cancellation fee for pre-assigned orders.

• Cancellations before assignment: Free of charge.
• Cancellations after assignment: A $150 cancellation fee will apply, as our services have been rendered in securing a carrier for your shipment.

How to Cancel: We require cancellations to be submitted in writing via email sent to admin@dqtransllc.com (We do not accept cancellations by phone).

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.

Terms and Conditions

DQ Trans LLC is a fully licensed and bonded Transport Broker registered with the USDOT. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using our services.

Key Points:

• DQ Trans LLC acts as a broker, not a carrier. We connect you with reliable carriers to transport your vehicle or freight.
• Carrier Selection: We partner with a network of insured carriers to ensure your shipment arrives safely.
• Carrier Liability: Each carrier has its own terms and conditions regarding liability for damages. We will share the carrier’s insurance policy details upon request.
• Your Responsibilities:
  
  • Prepare your vehicle for transport (remove loose parts, valuables, etc.)
  • Ensure your vehicle is in good running condition (unless otherwise noted)
  • Disarm any car alarms before pick-up
  • Pack personal belongings within designated limitations (typically one suitcase in the trunk)
• Claims: All claims for damage during transport must be submitted directly to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
• Payment: Payment for transport services is due upon delivery to the carrier. We accept cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
