Yes. Every carrier in our network is FMCSA-licensed and required to carry cargo insurance for the full duration of your shipment. You’ll also get a joint inspection report at pickup and at delivery, so any pre-existing condition is documented before the vehicle ever leaves your driveway.

If local restrictions block direct access (narrow streets, low-hanging trees, tight turns), the driver will ask you to meet at a nearby open location like a large parking lot.
With terminal-to-terminal shipping, you drop off and pick up your vehicle at a storage facility yourself, and it may wait there until the carrier’s truck is full. Door-to-door skips that step entirely — the driver comes to you on both ends, and typically starts moving your vehicle sooner. It generally costs somewhat more, but saves the extra driving and wait time.
